As Im sure by now everyone has heard, Ebay has changed the rules concerning digitally delivered products.

Here is a quote from Ebay's Website:

"Hello...This is Brian Burke, Director Global Feedback Policy. Digital goods are often reproduced at little to no cost to the seller. On eBay, this creates the potential for Feedback Manipulation (both real and perceived). To preserve the integrity of the Feedback system, effective March 31 all goods that can be digitally downloaded or transferred electronically must be listed using the Classified Ads format. "

Thats Ebay's Solution?? 

Use The Classified Ads??

Now we all know that this will be of little use to sell, higher end digital products.

I say higher end products, because I do feel that the classified ads theory may work with the penny/viral ebooks and software.  This may be a great opportunity to create a stunning Opt-In page to help you build your list.

BUT, to sell higher end products, this is just not feasible.

So, what should you do?

The same thing I plan to do

Start sending your digital products physically

Only Ebay would prevent you from sending a digital product, digitally.. :)

But, Regardless, Smart Marketers are Gearing Up and taking advantage of this rule change.

Don't Get Left Behind

I have several high end products that have helped me to become an Ebay PowerSeller, and I have no intention of stopping the sell of them. I will continue to offer them, but now as a shipped product on a CD.
